The automatic filling apparatus comprises a carrier container, a conveying mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a filling mechanism,wherein the carrier container is provided with a groove hole for loading particles, the conveying mechanism is used for conveying the carrier container, the feeding mechanism is used for injecting particles into the empty carrier container, and the filling mechanism is used for filling up the carrier container with the particles.
