Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of measurement, in particular to a method for determining the molecular weight of beta-glucan in a wine. The method for determining the molecular weight ofthe beta-glucan in the wine comprises the following steps: dissolving a solid matter, which is obtained after the wine is dried through steaming, in a sodium nitrate water solution, so that a solution to be detected is obtained; and detecting the solution to be detected through a gel permeation chromatograph and with the sodium nitrate water solution as a mobile phase, so that a molecular weightdistribution range of the beta-glucan is obtained. The method for determining the molecular weight of the beta-glucan in the wine provided by the invention has the advantage that the modular weight ofthe beta-glucan in the wine can be accurately determined.
