Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a super-evaporation heat exchanger which comprises a heat-resistant material layer, a transition layer, a heat sink material layer and a support material layer. Different innerribs are arranged on a cooling flow channel surface of the heat sink material layer according to the different heat exchange efficiency requirements of corresponding regions, wherein a combination oflongitudinal inner ribs and transverse inner ribs is arranged in the region with the high heat exchange efficiency requirement, and transverse inner ribs are arranged in the region with the low heatexchange efficiency requirement.
