Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a cubic-phase cerium-ferrite-doped magneto-optic material and a preparing method and application thereof. The chemical formula of the magneto-optic material is Ce(1-x)SrxFe(1-x)VxO3, wherein x is within the range of 0.3-0.7. The material belongs to a cubic crystal system, and space groups are shown in the description. The material has the advantages of being novel in structure, excellent in optic and magnetic performance and capable of achieving a significant magneto-optic effect; meanwhile, the lattice constant of the compound is matched with that of a silicon phase, and it is hopeful that the material is applied to the field of silicon-based integrated optic-isolators and the like. The material is prepared through a radio frequency magnetron sputtering method, andtherefore has the advantages of being simple in process, short in period and high in repeatability.
