Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power generating device and a power generating method for a solid oxide fuel cell by using the Semilcoke 's tail gas. The device comprises a first heat exchanger, a desulfurizing tower for removing sulfur impurities, a second heat exchanger, a pre-reformer, a third heat exchanger, a solid oxide fuel cell, a catalytic oxidation combustor for combusting the tail gas of thesolid oxide fuel cell, a fourth heat exchanger, a fifth heat exchanger, a sixth heat exchanger and connecting pipelines among the above parts. The power generation for the solid oxide fuel cell is realized by using the Semilcoke 's tail gas. Therefore, not only the emission of the Semilcoke 's tail gas is reduced, but also the Semilcoke 's tail gas is utilized to the maximum extent.
