Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a composite buffering damper which comprises a shell, a piston rod assembly and a rotating level floating piston ring. The shell is provided with a first containing cavity and asecond containing cavity. The section area of the first containing cavity is smaller than that of the second containing cavity. The first containing cavity is provided with buffering liquid, and thesecond containing cavity is provided with first buffering gas. The piston rod assembly can be movably arranged in the shell. The piston rod assembly is provided with a first through hole, and the rotating level floating piston ring is selectively movably arranged in the second containing cavity. When the pressure of the composite buffering damper is in a first threshold value range, the piston ring assembly can move in the first containing cavity so as to resist external resistance, and when the pressure of the composite buffering damper is in a second threshold value range, the rotating levelfloating piston ring can b
