The power generation system using the composite waste heat of the aluminum electrolysis bath is composed of the electrolysis bath, a bath wall heat exchanger, a smoke-water heat exchanger and a screw expansion generator set, wherein the electrolysis bath is located below the bath wall heat exchanger and is connected with the smoke-water heat exchanger through a smoke outlet pipe, the smoke-water heat exchanger is connected with the bath wall heat exchanger through a bath wall heat exchanger water inlet pipe, and the bath wall heat exchanger is connected with the screw expansion generator set through a medium-pressure steam pipe.
