The graphene modified water-based epoxy heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-40% of water-based epoxy resin emulsion, 6-13% of graphene, 7-10% of Diazolidinyl urea, 6-10% of Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid, 3-6% of polymaleic anhydride, 2-4% of nanoscale titanium dioxide, 0.1-1% of a curing agent and the balance of water. The graphene modified water-based epoxy heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating has good salt fog resistance, adhesive force, tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength and bending elastic modulus, and is a heavy-duty anticorrosive coating which can be better used in marine environments.
