The invention provides poly(ether-ketone) polymer and a production method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of polymer. According to the poly(ether-ketone) polymer, by adding bisphenolfluorene, the mechanical performance of the poly(ether-ketone) polymer is effectively improved. The production method of the poly(ether-ketone) polymer is further provided; the production method of the poly(ether-ketone) polymer comprises the steps of mixing bis(4-fluorophenyl)-methanone, the bisphenol fluorene, 4-hydroxybenzophenone, a catalyst, a dehydrating agent and a reaction solvent to obtain a reaction raw material, wherein the catalyst comprises one or two of potassium carbonate and sodium carbonate; and making the reaction raw material sequentially subjected to azeotropic dehydration, dehydrating agent elimination and polymerization reaction to obtain the poly(ether-ketone) polymer.
