Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a bionic bimodal phase-change type nano-scale ultrasonic contrast agent. The preparation is of a spherical core-shell structure, the average particle size is 200-300 nanometers, liquid perfluorocarbon is coated with a shell membrane, and the shell membrane is composed of an erythrocyte membrane carrying near-infrared fluorescent dye IR-780. The invention further discloses apreparing method of the bionic bimodal phase-change type nano-scale ultrasonic contrast agent. The preparing method comprises the steps that whole blood of an animal is collected, separated and extracted to obtain an erythrocyte membrane, the erythrocyte membrane is subjected to high-speed rotary cutting and then mixed with the IR-780, and after standing, the erythrocyte membrane carrying the IR-780 is obtained; the erythrocyte membrane carrying the IR-780 is mixed with the liquid perfluorocarbon to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is subjected to ultrasonic emulsification to obtain the novel contrast agent. Results
