Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a liver-targeting metal organic framework drug carrier and a preparation method and application thereof. A liver-targeting group glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) is used as a targeting group and connected with or without a chain bridge, 1,4-butanediamine is adopted as the chain bridge, a metal organic framework material UiO-66-COOH or UiO-66-NH2 is subjected to surface chemical modification, and the prepared liver-targeting drug carrier is further loaded with 5-FU to obtain 5-FU@UiO-66-NH2-GA and 5-FU@UiO-66-COOH-1,4-butanediamine-GA. The liver-targeting metal organic framework drug carrier prepared by means of the method has the advantages of being high in drug-loading rate, liver targeting performance, stability and the like and is especially great in connecting UiO-66-COOH-1,4-butanediamine-GA of a 1,4-butanediamine chain, and the GA which is fully free on the surface of MOFs makes the MOFs have high liver targeting performance.
