The invention discloses a preparation method of natural plant health-care massage aromatherapy essential oil and aromatherapy hydrolat. The method comprises the following steps that fresh branches andleaves of borneol cinnamomum camphora and distilled water are taken in certain proportion and mixed in a distiller for heating distillation, so that plant aromatic essential oil with high volatilityis dissolved in water vapor, the essential oil is condensed to be in a liquid state by utilizing temperature difference, and therefore a distillate is separated out; the distillate is subjected to standing until the volatile oil and the water are layered, and the volatile oil and the water layer are separated; the separated volatile oil is filtered, particles in the volatile oil are removed, the aromatherapy essential oil is obtained, the separated water layer is filtered, particles in the water layer are removed, and the borneol content of the water is detected and controlled to be not lowerthan 0.8 mg/mL; the detecte
