The data statistics method comprises the steps: receiving the voice of a first target user,and obtaining a negative emotion score matching the voice of the first target user through a voice emotion model; displaying an expression matching the negative emotion score, so that the first target user adjusts the current emotion according to the expression; and monitoring change data of the negative emotion score in real time, and counting and displaying the change data.
