The blanket comprises a front-layer fiber net, an intermediate-layer fiber net, a base net and a back-layer fiber net, which are successively connected from top to bottom. The front-layer fiber net, the intermediate-layer fiber net, the base net and the back-layer fiber net are formed by needle-punchedshaping. The various layers of the blanket are prepared from fibers with specific fineness and the base net. The blanket with the fineness has good dewaterability, and the blanket's moisture return to paper can be reduced. Thereby, dryness of wet paper in the outgoing nip is enhanced, and the purpose of saving steam consumption is achieved. The steam consumption of the invention is reduced by 10%in comparison with steam consumption of a traditional blanket.
