Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of wire drawing molds, and in particular, relates to a high-ring-fall-resistance polycrystalline diamond wire drawing mold blank and a preparation method thereof. The high-ring-fall-resistance polycrystalline diamond wire drawing mold blank comprises a hard alloy ring and a polycrystalline diamond mold core layer; the polycrystalline diamond mold core layer and the hard alloy ring are coaxially arranged in a sleeved mode; and a transition layer is arranged between the polycrystalline diamond mold core layer and the hard alloy ring. The wire drawing mold blankis provided with the transition layer between the mold core and the hard alloy ring; and through the transition layer, the axial holding force of the hard alloy ring to polycrystalline diamond can beimproved, so that the fall of diamond mold cores in the wire drawing process is effectively stopped, and the mold life is prolonged.
