The invention discloses an abdominal wall tensity monitoring system and a monitoring method thereof. The system comprises a plurality of capacitive monitoring probes and a monitoring host, wherein each capacitive monitoring probe comprises a probe shell, a probe needle, an elastic component, a detection capacitance sheet and an electromagnet. The method comprises the following steps: controlling the electromagnet to work through the monitoring host, generating electromagnetic suction force by the electromagnet to adsorb probe needles to depress the skin of the abdominal wall downwards, then applying voltage to the probe needles and the detection capacitance sheet, acquiring a capacitance value between the probe needles and the detection capacitance sheet, performing conversion and calculation treatment to obtain a movement distance of the probe needles, and finally performing calculation to obtain a corresponding abdominal wall tension through the movement distance of the probe needlesso as to provide an obje
