Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production process of a capacitor, which comprises steps of gold plating: firstly, conveying a core shaped in the S4 to a position under the gold-spraying nozzle of a gold-spraying machine and having a distance of 70-100 mm to the old-spraying nozzle; then, adding a mixture of tin and lithium into the feeding port of the gold-spraying machine, and spraying the steam of tin and lithium from the gold-spraying nozzle onto both end surfaces of the core to form a tin-lithium mixed layer 0.05 mm thick; and finally, adding a mixture of zinc and aluminum to the feeding portof the gold-spraying machine, and spraying the steam of zinc and aluminum from the gold-spraying nozzle onto the tin-lithium mixed layer of the core to form a zinc-aluminum mixed layer 0.2-0.4 mm thick. The tin-lithium mixed layer is sprayed onto both ends of the core, and then the aluminum-zinc mixed layer is sprayed onto the surface of the tin-lithium mixed layer, thereby improving the bonding between the plating layers |
