The method comprises steps of collecting rock core image data by using a CT scanner, carrying out noise reduction filtering and enhancement processing on the acquired image; extracting position information of pores, pore throats and skeletons from the acquired image; performing three-dimensional reconstruction processing on the acquired rock core image by using a three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm; constructing a rock core three-dimensional model according to the acquired image by utilizing three-dimensional software; marking corresponding position information of the three-dimensional core model according to the extracted information by using a marking program; and carrying out simulation calculation on the permeability of the rock core by utilizing a simulation program.
