Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for improving detection sensitivity of nitrogen-containing compound N15 nuclear magnetic resonance spectrogram. A pulse program is adjusted to be dept135, and other detection parameters are adjusted; the adjusted method can transfer the energy of the N15 nucleus in the nitrogen-containing compound to the H1 nucleus, and then the H1 nucleus is detected, so that the problem that the sensitivity of the N15 nucleus is poor is solved; and theoretically, the detection sensitivity can be improved by nearly 1000 times, so that the daily detection of N15NMR becomes reality. 本发明提供一种提高含氮化合物N15核磁共振谱图检测灵敏度的方法,该方法调整脉冲程序为dept135,并设调整其他的检测参数,调整后的方法可以将含氮化合物中的N15核的能量转移给H1核,然后检测H1核,这样就解决了N15核本身灵敏度差的问题,理论上可以提高检测灵敏度接近1000倍,从而使日常检测N15NMR成为现实。
