The microwave humidity method comprises the following steps of adding a calibration datapoint into corresponding measurement software; measuring actual moisture content of a calibration sample by an electrical dry oven; acquiring an average non-calibration value of the calibration sampleunder actual moisture content by combining the microwave humidity sensor and the measurement software; acquiring an average non-calibration value of the calibration sample under other moisture contents, and further obtaining a calibration curve; selecting the calibration curve corresponding to the non-viscous soil in the measurement software, and setting the calibration curve as a current curve;and directly obtaining the moisture content of the non-viscous soil by the microwave humidity sensor and the measurement software.
