Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the biotechnical field, and in particular, relates to a phospholipase D protein for prevention and control of anthracnose, wherein the phospholipase D protein is a protein encoded by a gene PLD[alpha]1 composed of an amino acid sequence shown in a sequence table SEQ ID NO:2. The gene PLD[alpha]1 is encoded by a base sequence shown in the sequence table SEQ ID NO:1.
