Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of chemical printing inks, and specifically relates to a steam sterilization chemical indicating printing ink rich in iron ions and a preparation method and applications thereof. The printing ink is prepared from following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15 to 30% of a binder, 20 to 30% of iron containing compounds, 5 to 10% of sulfur containing compounds,1 to 5% of a catalyst, and 40 to 50% of a solvent. The preparation method comprises following steps: at first, dissolving the binder into the solvent; then sequentially adding the iron containing compounds, the sulfur containing compounds, and the catalyst, stirring, and grinding. The printing ink can be applied to a gravure plate, a silk-screen plate, a flexographic plate, and an offset plate. The monitoring method is simple and easy to perform. Any color can be prepared. The result is visual and accurate. After sterilization, the fading of the chemical indicating printing ink is avoided. The damage of heavy metals |
