The special production line is characterized by being composed of a feeding component, a front storage component, a gluing edge film coating component, a water glue coating component, a drying oven component, a film coating component, a rear storage component and a winding component which are sequentially arranged front and back, wherein the feeding component is used for feeding waterproof board substrates, the front storage component is used for floating storage of the waterproof board substrates after unwinding,the gluing edge film coating component is used for surface gluing and film coating of the two sides of the waterproof board substrates, the water glue coating component is used for coating an isolating agent on the gluing surfaces of the waterproof board substrates, the drying oven component is used for blow-drying the isolating agent on the gluing surfaces of the waterproof board substrates, thefilm coating component is
