The preparation method comprises the following steps: processing graphite-phase carbon nitride and heteropoly acid by a hydrothermal method, and immobilizing the heteropoly acid on the carbon nitride to prepare the modified heteropoly acid nano material. The obtained modified heteropoly acid nano material is used for preparing a composite proton exchange membrane, thereby improving the stability of heteropoly acid in the proton exchange membrane, and obtaining the proton exchange membrane with high conductivity and high stability.
