The preparation method comprises the following steps: processing graphite-phase carbon nitride and heteropoly acid by a hydrothermal method, and immobilizing the heteropoly acid on the carbon nitride to prepare the modified heteropoly acid nano material. The obtained modified heteropoly acid nano material is used for preparing a composite proton exchange membrane, thereby improving the stability of heteropoly acid in the proton exchange membrane, and obtaining the proton exchange membrane with high conductivity and high stability. 本发明公开了属于纳米材料制备技术领域的一种改性杂多酸纳米材料的制备方法和应用。本发明制备方法包括将石墨相氮化碳和杂多酸通过水热法处理，将杂多酸固定在氮化碳上制备改性杂多酸纳米材料的步骤。所得改性杂多酸纳米材料用以制备复合质子交换膜，提高质子交换膜中杂多酸稳定性，获得高电导率、高稳定性的质子交换膜。
