The invention provides a three-phase coaxial cable and a preparation method thereof. The three-phase coaxial cable comprises an A-phase inner conductor with a circular cross section, a B-phase middleconductor with a circular cross section and a C-phase outer conductor with a circular cross section which are coaxial.
