Ancient ceiling fan blade and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to a classical ceiling fan blade and its new manufacturing method as follows: 1. laying base paper, a base paper printed with various pattern blade shapes is flat laid in a blade-shaped mould; 2. reinforcement, a predetermined rigid body is flat laid on the base paper in the mould; 3. injection foaming,t he mould is filled with a foaming agent, and the rigid body is wrapped in the foaming agent; 4. placing top paper, the top side of the foaming agent is flat covered with a top paper whose shape is idetical to that of base paper; 5. oven-baking and forming, the mould is covered and preheated, its temp. is kept at 35-50 deg.C, after about 1h., the mould cover is removed, a blade finished product integrating upper and lower sticking papers and intermediate foams into one body can be taken out.
