Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a preparing method of acrylic-acid-modified epoxidized soybean oil, environment-friendly low-cost PVC and a preparing method and application of the PVC. The preparing method of the acrylic-acid-modified epoxidized soybean oil includes the following steps of evenly mixing epoxidized soybean oil and acrylic acidaccording to the molar ratio of 1:(8-12), adding a catalyst and a free radical inhibitor to obtain a mixing reaction system, conducting the stirring reaction on the mixing reaction system for 6-8 hours at 100-120 DEG C, and obtaining the acrylic-acid-modified epoxidized soybean oil when the acid value of the mixing reaction system reaches 0.5-1 mgKOH/g. By conducting grafting modification on theepoxidized soybean oil through the acrylic acid, the compatibility of the epoxidized soybean oil and the PVC is improved.
