The a active carbon preparative resource utilization system comprises a carbonization furnace which is used for carbonization of biomass raw materials to produce a carbonized material; an activation furnace which is used for activation of the carbonized material to produce active carbon; an incinerator which comprises a secondary combustion chamber, wherein gas generated in the carbonization process of the carbonization furnace and the activation process of the activation furnace is introduced into the secondary combustion chamber for further combustion to produce high temperature flue gas; and a sludge drying machine capable of realizing utilization of the high temperature flue gas to dry sludge.
