Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a pipeline cleaning robot and a cleaning method thereof. The pipeline cleaning robot comprises a movable vehicle body, swing arms and a fan. A main rolling brush is connected to one end of the vehicle body in a rolling mode. The fan is connected to the other end, opposite to the main rolling brush, of the vehicle body. The swing arms are arranged on the two sides of the vehicle body correspondingly. Auxiliary rolling brushes are connected to one ends of the swing arms. The other ends of the swing arms are hinged to the vehicle body. A driving device is connected to thevehicle body. The driving end of the driving device is hinged to the swing arms. The driving device drives the swing arms to swing. A wheel set is detachably connected under the vehicle body. According to the pipeline cleaning robot and the cleaning method thereof, the boundary dimension of an ash removal trolley can be changed correspondingly according to the sizes of to-be-cleaned pipelines, andflexibility of the ash re
