The device comprises multiple sets of coarse filtering equipment and two transfer tanks; each set of coarse filtering equipmentcomprises a stainless steel tank body which is transversely arranged, a sedimentation tank is processed on the right side of each tank body, the depth of each sedimentation tank is greater than thatof the corresponding tank body, a water baffle is welded to the interior of each sedimentation tank, an overflow tank is formed in the right side of each water baffle, water pipes communicated with each overflow tank are welded to the front end face and the rear end face of the corresponding tank body respectively, the high portions of the water pipes are located on the upper half portion of eachsedimentation tank, the height of the water pipes is lower than that of the upper end of each water baffle, a water inlet pipe used for allowing sewage to enter is inserted into the left side of eachtank body, a filter is assem
