The invention provides a temperature control assembly and a solid state laser with the same. The temperature control assembly comprises a control structure and at least two TECs (thermoelectric coolers) provided with thermal loads respectively; and the TECs include at least one master control TEC with the others as slavery TECs, and the slavery TECs are electrically connected with the master control TEC, so that the control structure controls the master control TEC to control the slavery TECs passively.
