Intelligent bracelets, fire emergency lamps, a central server and a monitoring terminal transmit data to one another and communicate with one another in real time; the fire emergency lamps which are distributed and installed in an indoor space according to building design fireproofstandards are adopted as space positioning nodes and data transmission intermediate transit points; the intelligent bracelets worn on the wrists of indoor persons serve as position information carriers, collect physiological data and transmit platform alarms; and the central server is communicated with a government fire-fighting system and an urban 120 first-aid system.
