Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a clerodendron trichotomum Thunb. NAC gene CtNAC1 and an application thereof. Two Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb. sources are selected, a new NAC gene is cloned from Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb. tissue, the gene is named as CtNAC1, the nucleotide sequence is shown as SEQID NO.1, the amino acid sequence of expression protein is shown as SEQID NO.2, and test analysis is performed on expression level of the CtNAC1 gene in different tissue of the Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb., and expression level of the CtNAC1 gene in leaves at different treatment time of the Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb. under salt stress. Results prove that NAC gene CtNAC1 is high in expression in stems of the Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb. Under the salt stress treatment, after a reaction for 12h, the expression level of the gene is the highest, and the gene participates in growth and development of the Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb. stems and the response of salt stress, can be used for improving inverse resi
