According to the present invention, provided is a composition for sympathetic nerve activationwhich comprises polyphenols as active ingredients. The polyphenols contain 25 mass% or more of polyphenol monomers to tetramers. The polyphenol monomers to tetramers comprise at least catechin, epicatechin, procyanidin B2, procyanidin B5, procyanidin C1 and cinnamtannin A2. 本发明的目的在于，提供新的交感神经活化用组合物。根据本发明，提供含有多酚作为有效成分而成的交感神经活化用组合物。所述多酚含有25质量％以上的单体～四聚体的多酚，所述单体～四聚体的多酚至少含有儿茶素、表儿茶素、原花青素B2、原花青素B5、原花青素C1和肉桂鞣质A2。
