The tester comprises a bottom plate static load compensation system, a vertical dynamic load application system, a dynamic load measuring system, a coal pillar stress dynamic monitoring system, a coal pillar deformation monitoring system, a top plate static load compensation system and a plane experiment table. The upper part of the plane experiment table is provided with the top plate static load compensation system, the lower part of the planeexperiment table is provided with the bottom plate static load compensation system.
