Zusammenfassung:The invention discovers that exogenous methyl jasmonate with concentration being 20-40 mg/L can effectively improve activity of Rubisco activating enzyme in plants under the adversity conditions for the first time, the maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) of the plants is improved, and non-regulatory heat dissipation (NO) under drought stress is reduced. 本发明首次发现浓度为20-40mg/L外源茉莉酸甲酯可以有效提高逆境条件下植物体内Rubisco活化酶的活性,进而提高植物的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm),降低干旱胁迫下非调节性热耗散(NO)。
