Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a rotating type low-frequency magnetic-leakage nondestructive flaw detection system. The system comprises a Hall element array, a U-shaped magnetic core, an exciting coil, a signal processor, a power module, a single-chip microcomputer, a detection shell, wheels, a track adjusting mechanism, and an upper computer; the single-chip microcomputer outputs a low-frequency AC signal to the exciting coil, magnetizes the U-shaped magnetic core so as to form a magnetic loop with a to-be-detected component; a local magnetic vacuum leakage environment is formed, the magnetic fluxin a detected magnetic conducting component body is leaked to the created magnetic vacuum region at the defect place to form an maximum magnetic leakage field which is sensed by the Hall element arrayat the region; after processing the produced detection electric signal, the signal is sent into the upper computer to process to reflect the damage.
