A first linear bearing and a second linear bearing parallel to the first linear bearing are arranged on the mounting plate, a first guide shaft is arranged on the first linear bearing, and a second guide shaft is arranged on the second linear bearing. A stopping air cylinder is arranged at the position, between the first linear bearing and the second linear bearing, of the mounting plate, and the position, between the first guide shaft and thesecond guide shaft, of the lower portion of the mounting plate is connected and provided with an electric energy meter baffle.
