The method comprises the following steps that: on the basis of a material heat conduction model under laser irradiation, converting a measurement problem of laser intensity distribution into a typical thermodynamics inverse problem, utilizing a conjugate gradient algorithm to carry out numerical value solving on the inverse problem, and finally, obtaining the spatial and temporal distribution of laser intensity. The method is still suitable for the non-high-energy laser intensity distribution measurement with an obvious heat effect.
