The photosensitive device comprises a spherical cap type base and a plurality of sets of photosensitive containers, wherein the photosensitive containers are embedded in the spherical cap type base; each set of the photosensitive containers is arranged around the center of the spherical cap type base; in every two adjacent sets of the photosensitive containers, one set of the photosensitive containers is arranged around the other set of the photosensitive containers; and each photosensitive container comprises a deep and thin hole container and a photosensitive element, the depth of each deep and thin hole container is larger than the width of the deep and thin hole container, and each photosensitive element is arranged in the corresponding deep and thin hole container and located at the bottom end of the deep and thin hole container.
