Zusammenfassung:The invention designs a calculation method for a piezoelectric composite flexible right-angle hinge of a micro-motion platform. The piezoelectric plate driving micro-motion platform is composed of a fixed platform, a movable platform, a flexible hinge and a piezoelectric plate. According to the calculation method, a near-deflection curve differential equation is used for integrating to obtain therotating angle and deflection of each part under pure force or pure bending moment; then a geometric deformation relation is determined according to boundary conditions and constraints of platform motion; secondly, corners and deflections of all sections of the right-angle flexible hinge are calculated respectively; and finally, accumulating is carried out to obtain a total deformation displacement equation and a stiffness equation. The calculation method has the advantages that the calculation precision is high, the calculation is simple and convenient, and the statics calculation result of the micro-motion platform
