According to the method, firstly, a split air conditioning group and a central air conditioning group are clustered through a neighbor propagation clustering algorithm; the influence of the comfort degree of the air conditioner users on corresponding room temperature range of an air conditioning group is considered by utilizing a temperature and humidity index, so that a maximum schedulable duration and a maximum schedulable capacity which can be provided by different air conditioning load aggregators in a current power market are obtained; each air conditioning load aggregator participates in a peak clipping scheduling bidding plan of a power company scheduling center according to an aggregation result; and by comparing the bidding scheme of each aggregator and after comprehensively considering a credibility index and quotation of each aggregator, the power company chooses a scheme withthe lowest peak cutting |
