Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for preventing degradation of Bacillus, and relates to the technical field of biological fermentation. The method comprises the following steps that an obtained fermentation product is subjected to heat treatment after the fermentation is completed, and then the heat-treated fermentation product is used as a carrier of strain to be inoculated into a next-generationfermentation material for conducting subculture. The method for preventing degradation of Bacillus by subjecting a primary fermentation product to heat treatment, on the one hand, facilitates the decomposition of heat-labile harmful secondary metabolites, and on the other hand, kills heat-labile bacteria, thereby effectively preventing the degradation of strains and retaining high-performance strains. The method maintains the performance of high yield of tetramethylpyrazine during the subculture process and increases the yield of tetramethylpyrazine in the subculture. At the same time, the method is simple in operati
