Solid detergent for dish-washing machine and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a solid detergent for a dish-washing machine and belongs to the technical field of tableware detergents. Raw materials for preparing the solid detergent comprise an alkali supplying agent, a chelating agent, a dispersant, an adhesive, a slow release agent and modified paddy rice husk, wherein the alkali supplying agent is any one or a mixture of sodium hydroxide and sodiumcarbonate; the chelating agent is selected from any one or a mixture of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and nitrilotriacetic acid; the dispersant adopts a maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer; the adhesive adopts pre-gelatinized starch; the slow release agent adopts sodium polyacrylate. The invention further provides a preparation method of the solid detergent for the dish-washing machine; the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1: preparing a primary mixture; S2: preparing a mixture; S3: molding.
