In heating, stirring and high-temperature processing processes of graphene, three-dimensional graphene can be self-assembled in situ, and a specific surface area is improved; in reaction, through the generation of a nickel elementary substance catalytic carbon nanotube, thecarbon nanotube and the three-dimensional graphene are compounded. The advantages of two materials are combined to greatly improve electrochemical performance. An experiment method is safe, nontoxic,low in cost, simple in operation, and easy in implementation, and a uniform nanometer composite material can be prepared.
