Provided are a lens-guiding device, a lens-moving device, and an imaging device that can accurately position a lens frame regardless of the orientation of a photography direction or the like. According to the present invention, a first rail (51) supports a first rolling body (49A) such that the first rolling body (49A) can roll in a first direction that is parallel to the optical axis of a first focusing lens. A second rail (52) supports a second rolling body (49B) such that the second rolling body (49B) can roll in the first direction. An impelling mechanism (54) supports the first rolling body (49A) such that the first rolling body (49A) can move in the first direction and impels the first rolling body (49A) toward the first rail (51). A third rail (53) is arranged parallel to the secondrail (52). The third rail (53) supports the second rolling body (49B) such that the second rolling body (49B) can move in the first direction. The first rolling body (49A) and the second rolling body(49B) move/guide the firs
