The invention discloses a content distribution method based on coverage rate dynamic adjustment in a node ad hoc network. The method comprises: when a content source node performs content distributionwith a certain coverage rate requirement in a node ad hoc network constructed through a network state, the rest nodes in the network determining the minimum distance from the content source node according to broadcast information of the content source node; the node dynamically adjusting the coverage rate requirement of the node on the content according to the minimum distance, and increasing thecoverage rate requirement of the node close to the content source node on the content so as to utilize idle resources of more nodes to promote distribution; when the coverage rate of the nodes in thedistribution process does not meet the requirements and the neighbor nodes need to be selected, comprehensively considering the transmission gain to the neighbor nodes and the upload bandwidth whichcan be utilized by the neigh
