The invention discloses a positioning and value valuation method for abnormal points in geographic coordinate conversion, which comprises the following steps of calculating corresponding posterior variance through influence of abnormal values on posterior variance subjected to least square adjustment, remarkably reducing posterior variance after the abnormal values are removed, and removing observation values (coordinate points) one by one; after a complete search, temporarily regarding the observation value corresponding to the minimum posterior difference as an abnormal observation value. According to the method, a plurality of abnormal points can be automatically found and positioned in the process of solving the conversion parameters; meanwhile, the abnormal value is estimated and corrected, conversion parameters after abnormal value correction are directly obtained, experiments prove that the method is reliable and effective, and the method is suitable for two-dimensional and three-dimensional four-param
