Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a lubricating structure of a rolling bearing to stabilize supply of oil to a pair of rolling bearings supporting both ends of a rotary shaft. An oil guide plate (59) is providedwith a cylindrical insertion part (59) press-fitted into an oil passage (23) a of the rotary shaft (23); and an oil guide part (59b) expanding like a funnel from one end side of the insertion part (59a) toward a space (60). Between an outer peripheral part of the oil guide part (59b) and an inner wall surface (12b) of the defined space (60) of a casing (12), a clearance [alpha] for guiding oil inthe space (60) to the first rolling bearing (21) is formed.
