The metal paste is prepared from the following compositions in parts by weight: 40-100 parts of alloyedpowder, and 3-20 parts of fluxing paste. The alloyed powder is composed of one or more of Sn and Ag, Cu, Bi or Zn. The fluxing paste is prepared from the following compositions in percentage by weight: 35-50% of a solvent, 3-12% of an active agent, 2-11% of a thixotropic agent, and the balance of rosin.
